Big Poppa’s Famous Chili Dog

Directions

Instructions:

1. Prepare the hot dogs: Grill your favorite beef hot dogs according to your preference until they are fully cooked and heated through.
2. In a small saucepan, cook your hamburger until took, then add tomato sauce and your favorite barbecue sauce along with Big Poppa’s Cash Cow.  If you like beans in your chili you can add red beans or chili beans to your topping.
3. Toast the buns: Lightly toast the hot dog buns on a grill for a few minutes until they are warm and slightly crispy.
4. Assemble the chili dog: Place one cooked hot dog inside each bun.
5. Add the chili: Spoon a generous amount of warm chili over each hot dog.
6. Top with cheese and onions: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chili, and if you like, add some diced onions for extra flavor and crunch.
7. Optional toppings: If desired, you can also add mustard and ketchup or any other toppings you prefer, like relish or pickles.
