Ingredients

1 Large Potato

1 New York steak

Olive oil

Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning

Big Poppa’s Double Secret Seasoning

Unsalted butter

White onions (julienned)

Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Seasoning

Asparagus tips

1 Lemon

Mushrooms

Big Poppa’s Cash Cow Seasoning

Melting cheese

Mexican Crema

Directions

Prepare the Potato:

Place the whole potato in a ziplock bag.

Drizzle olive oil over the potato and season it with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning.

Seal the bag and shake it well to ensure even seasoning.

Season the New York Steak:

Liberally season both sides of the New York steak with Big Poppa’s Double Secret Seasoning.

Create the Onion and Mushroom Packet:

Take a piece of foil paper and add unsalted butter, julienned white onions, and a sprinkle of Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s and Desert Gold Seasonings.

Drizzle some oil over the mixture and wrap it tightly in the foil.

Season the Asparagus Tips:

Place the asparagus tips in another ziplock bag.

Season them with Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Seasoning and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the bag.

Shake the bag to evenly distribute the seasoning and lemon juice.

Prepare the Mushroom Packet:

Take another piece of foil paper and place mushrooms on it.

Add pads/pieces of unsalted butter and season with Big Poppa’s Cash Cow Seasoning.

Wrap the mushrooms tightly in the foil.

Grill the Potato:

Place the seasoned potato directly on the grill or smoker.

Allow it to bake for approximately 40 minutes or until tender.

Grill the Onion and Mushroom Packet:

After 25 minutes, place the foil packet containing the mushrooms and onions on the grill or smoker.

Allow them to cook until the potato is done.

Grill the New York Steak:

Transfer the seasoned steak to a hot grill and close the lid.

Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.

Repeat this process once more.

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest.

Cook the Asparagus:

Oil the griddle and place the seasoned asparagus tips on it.

Cover the griddle and cook the asparagus until tender.

Remove the cooked asparagus from the griddle.

Finalize the Mushroom and Onion Packet:
