An easy quarantine dinner idea

For this easy recipe, you can sear it on a smoker or on the stovetop and then put it in the oven (or on indirect heat on your smoker). The only meat prep you need to do is grab a pork tenderloin and season with Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Citrus Garlic Seasoning. Sautée shallots, mushrooms, and garlic ( or add any other veggies you like) then add chicken stock, and kidney beans – add sliced tenderloin on top – and boom, dinner is served.

Desert Gold Pork Tenderloin w/Mushrooms + Kidney Beans

Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin

Big Poppa Smokers Desert Gold

Shallots

Mushrooms

Garlic

Chicken stock

Little Louie’s seasoning

1/2 a lemon

Kidney beans

Directions

Grab a Pork Tenderloin and season with BPS Desert Gold. Sear it and put it in the oven until you reach an internal temp of 140F.

In a pan, sautée shallots, mushrooms, and garlic then add chicken stock, some Little Louie’s seasoning, and squeeze 1/2 a lemon. Reduce the heat and add in some kidney beans.

Serve tenderloin and top with the mixture and boom, dinner is served.
